So from what  I understand from your forum, you're reporting chester for using the third person camera to see in your base from the outside?

If what your saying is true, and Chester did that, I'd say that Chester broke RP rules. However you don't have sufficient proof that Chester in fact did that you're saying. He might have seen you build in your base for a different reason. You do have proof that he said he could see you building, however you don't have proof that he was able to see that using the exploit you mentioned.
